The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce has endorsed State Representative Paul Boyer in his re-election for State Representative in Legislative District 20 (Glendale, North Phoenix). They support candidates who stand out as knowledgeable and supportive of issues affecting business success in the Greater Phoenix region and Arizona.
“The Chamber is proud to endorse pro-business candidates like Representative Paul Boyer. His personality and intellect combine to make a very effective legislator,” said Todd Sanders, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce President and CEO. “This year we heard from many qualified candidates, and chose to make primary election endorsements of those whose policies and work-style are closely in line with our major initiatives of boosting Arizona’s economy through economic development, job creation and business retention. Our future as Arizonans hinges on our involvement in the 2014 elections. Our main concern is electing candidates that will continue moving Arizona forward.”
Established in 1888 and serving over 2,500 member businesses, the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce is Arizona’s largest and most-established organization representing business. The Chamber PAC was established in 1978 to help pro-business candidates get elected to state, county and local offices and ultimately improve the overall business climate.
This endorsement follows Boyer’s endorsement by the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and after receiving the “Guardian of Small Business” award from the National Federation of Independent Business.
